These are great. I initially used the Helix but found it too small. The Progasm is excellent. I never thought something like this could do what it says. The reason I went with this two pack is I wasn't sure how well they would work or which would work best. I have quite a bit of experience with play down there but as I am a small/short guy I was afraid the Progasm would be too big. As it is the Progasm is perfect. However, I can see that if someone who has never inserted something in their backside wanted to try these they might want the Helix. But do yourself a favor and get both. You will find yourself eventually working up to the Progasm for an even more intense sensation.

I hav had the aneros helix for about three weeks now and thought the initial feelings were great but hte more I use it the more I love it I can't describe the wonderful things it does for me I'm 79 year old heterosexuall and though I have always loved mastubation I never thought I would engage in anal masturbation but I love it every morning.My wife has given up on sex so this is really mmy savior I Don't know how it does it but it certainly does.

I did not find that it was "automatic", but a few minutes of play time and I ejaculated quite a bit and maintained an erection longer than I had in a long time. I am a senior citizen and it was worth the experience. Be careful as I used it too frequently and found that my prostate was a bit sore. Also, use plenty of lubricant. It is not recommended, but Vaseline Intensive Care lotion works well. Just a little help from one hand to rock this dude back and forth while masturbating is quite an experience.

The helix is pretty intense and I've experienced some intense orgasms. Pretty easy to use and safe. I still haven't worked up to the Progasm yet.

I was surprised that this actually works. Think about it, it's kind of new and dradical to have a device like this work on men. It trully does work, but I recommend that you use the helix model many times first.
