Great suction greatly increases sensitivity, but doesn't create orgasm alone. Somewhat of a 2-1 toy because it can also be used on nipples. Even before the vibrator died, it wasn't strong enough to bring on orgasm. I got it for the suction and I'm not disappointed!

I bought this product for my wife because she was having some issues with arousal after her hysterectomy. Overall the product works very well. Wife says the working end could be a bit smaller, and can be abit uncomfortable if it is not positioned correctly. She reports that the product works very well, suction works great, the vibrator she reports as pleasant not intense. The lube That the seller sends with the product seems to have a numbing agent so I don't recomend using it if your wife has issues reaching orgasm.
