This is one wonderful vibrator. It allows for me to be stimulated at the same time as my partner, which is something that took some technique before. This is simple and very fun to use. Don't be worried about the size of the ring, I've found that it really stretches to fit. I like the ease of the product, it's so simple and lets us both enjoy sex, knowing full well that we'll both have an amazing orgasm (or in my case 4 or 5)

Definitely adds some exciting stimulation, but the bullet doesn't really hit me in the right spot in order to climax (that's just me, though). My boyfriend thinks it feels great, and the stretchy silicone fits him comfortably (he's...larger than average).
I think this also helps maintain bloodflow in critical areas.
This is comfortable for all circumferences.
The bullet also easily removes from the sleeve, but it's pretty intense when you're using fully charged batteries.
The red color is also nice, and the dial for the different speeds is easy to use.

This one didn't thrill either one of us. The positioning of the vibrating bullet didn't really stimulate either of us. Plus the cord hanging the middle of everything is just weird! I wouldn't purchase this again.

Edit Update: The controller case recently broke in half and I had to glue it back together but the motor still works.
This is a powerful little unit, almost too powerful. It's construction is cheap which gives you the feeling that it will break easily with use, and that in itself detracts from the pleasure of it since one is constantly being careful not to pull out the wire from the power unit or the vibrator itself, hence the price. The dial control seems to go from intense to frantic with little more than a soft breeze and it does not click into an on/off position. On the plus side it does have a red light on the controller so it can be easily found in the dark.
If you like or need lots of vibration this is a great product. I bought this for solo use so couples beware of the possibility of pulling a wire or jostling a connection loose during use.

I had no idea that there was something that would change up sex so dramatically for me and the wife. Feel great vibrating me and rolls her eyes back in her head.... amazing. Only downside is that to really get her off, I need to constantly press the vibrating "bumper" against her. Crazy fun. Enjoy!
